Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: If it's a thread where that's expected (network posts, murdergame trials, in character meetings), go ahead! Otherwise please ask first!
Fourthwalling: Absolutely, my only exception is trying to convince Jonathan Harker that he's a fictional character, but I am absolutely okay with your character being familiar with Dracula, and the contents of the original book (also other Dracula media for added confusion)
Offensive subjects: Please let me know if it's anything serious first
IC
Hugging: Please hug this man he fucking deserves it
Kissing: Honestly he deserves a kiss, but any open mouth kissing please ask first!
Flirting: It will either immediately go over his head or he will be so flustered that he can't even speak, but go ahead!
Romance: While Jonathan is madly in love with Mina I am honestly very open to it because I generally headcanon him as being bi and poly (look the book is in the public domain and you cannot convince me that Mina and Lucy aren't in love). However he would prefer nothing more than hand holding and chaste kisses, as he wants to wait until he's properly married and is able to discuss this with Mina before he does anything further
Fighting: Why would you? Ask first but I'm usually down! I want to plot out any notable injuries though.
Killing: Please ask first, but in murdergames... ;)
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities: Please ask first but usually I'm okay with this
Warnings: As a note, Dracula deals with a lot of metaphors for Sexual Assault, along with Xenophobic and Antisemitic themes in its text. While I don't anticipate those coming up in tags, particularly the latter two as it's more metaphorical and not something explicitly touched upon, I can absolutely understand being uncomfortable with that as it is, unfortunately, very much a book of its time. If you at all don't want to roleplay with me because of this or for any reason, please let me know in the comments! No need to provide an explanation
More directly related to Jonathan Harker himself, at the current canon point I am playing him as he is deeply traumatized by his captivity and is struggling with very undiagnosed PTSD. I plan on exploring this but will do my best to ask before it comes up in any tag, but let me know if you don't want this discussed at all
